Today, Kiron Digital Learning Solutions (Kiron Digital) announces that it is working with the ReDI School of Digital Integration (ReDI) to expand access to digital education for refugees, migrants, and underserved communities.

Kiron Digital is the social enterprise arm of Kiron Open Higher Education (Kiron NGO). Kiron NGO and ReDI were both founded in Berlin in 2015, and both organizations have long served similar learner groups in Germany and around the world. Now, Kiron Digital brings its digital infrastructure and expertise to support ReDI in scaling its first self-paced AI track, aligning efforts to reach more learners and strengthen pathways to meaningful work and digital participation.

Scaling digital education through shared infrastructure

With more than a decade of experience and over 200,000 learners supported worldwide, Kiron NGO brings valuable expertise in delivering inclusive digital education. Through its daughter company, Kiron Digital, this expertise is offered as a fully managed service, enabling organizations to build and scale their own learning programs.

ReDI joins an expanding network of Kiron Digital clients with over 50.000 learners on different campuses, including Digitale Drehtuer, Acker e.V., Pacemaker GmbH, and Sales4Good GmbH, among others. Clients gain access to the digital campus, a white-label, fully branded, GDPR-compliant online learning platform hosted in Germany, alongside tailored content development, pedagogical design, and strategic consulting.

This approach allows ReDI to expand its educational offerings through a self-paced, scalable online format, delivering a consistent, reliable, and accessible experience to learners across Europe. At the same time, ReDI retains full ownership of its identity, programs, and strong human focus.

“Working with Kiron Digital has allowed us to grow in a way that truly reflects our values. Beyond the technology, the team brings a deep understanding of our learners and our mission, and that shows in how the platform, content, and strategy are developed. This means we can expand our reach while maintaining the quality, inclusivity, and sense of belonging that define the ReDI experience.”

Kiron Digital’s sustainable model for greater impact

This collaboration comes at a pivotal moment. At a time when global political and social challenges increasingly restrict access to education and employment for refugees, migrants, and underserved communities, working together offers a sustainable solution. By leveraging shared infrastructure instead of building parallel systems, more resources can be directed toward learners.

Kiron Digital operates as a social business and a daughter company of Kiron NGO, reinvesting its revenue directly into providing free education for underserved communities. As a client, ReDI not only scales its own programs but also contributes to sustaining and expanding impact across the wider ecosystem.

“We have long admired the work ReDI has done to create inclusive, high-quality learning opportunities. Our role now is to provide the digital backbone that enables ReDI to grow. At the same time, this model allows us to reinvest in our shared mission, ensuring that even more learners can access the education they need to move forward.”
