This summer, we are thrilled to kick off another round of the Kiron Mentoring program!
A new cohort of 20 participants with refugee or forced migration backgrounds will take part in 10 weeks of personalized, one-on-one online mentoring with experienced professionals from TE Connectivity, a global leader in industrial technology.
The mentoring journey will focus on building career skills, strengthening job hunt strategies, and offering first-hand insights into the professional world. Each mentee will take part in at least six sessions, with flexibility to tailor the experience to their individual goals.
At the end of the mentoring phase, two students will be offered a work opportunity at TE Connectivity. Mentors can nominate outstanding mentees for this unique chance to gain real-world professional experience, subject to TE Connectivity’s eligibility criteria.
Previous participants consistently report the program's positive impact:
We’re proud to continue building a space for connection, learning, and growth, and we look forward to seeing this new cohort embark on their journeys!
