Her passion lies in organizing and hosting unique events, from private celebrations to large corporate events, concerts, and festivals. In Germany, she aims to continue as an independent entrepreneur or work in a dedicated team that organizes major events, trade fairs, or cultural programs. She is particularly interested in creating creative events in shopping centers, such as large children’s or family festivals featuring mascots, interactive games, workshops, and entertainment programs.

Kristina developed an early interest in journalism after experiencing the Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine. During her studies, she acquired key skills in information management, communication, and social analysis. She later worked as a journalist and gained valuable experience at the Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center, situated at the crossroads of communication, diplomacy, and memory politics. She completed a master’s degree in political science while working at the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture. Now, her goal is to dedicate her skills to diplomacy, which is why she plans to pursue a master’s degree in International Relations in Germany.

While open to technical roles in engineering, he is particularly interested in transitioning into the social or humanitarian sector—ideally with UN organizations such as IOM, UNHCR, UNDP, or UNICEF, or with respected human rights organizations like Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, or Caritas International. Omid is highly motivated to contribute his skills in a meaningful work environment and to continue growing professionally.

Sadaf Kar Gar is originally from Afghanistan and has been living in Berlin for over three years. She studied Business at the American University in Afghanistan and graduated in 2019. During her studies, she worked at SARCHINA Consultancy Services Organisation as an admin, HR, and finance officer. After graduating, she joined Save the Children International as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. Since 2023, Sadaf has been working as a trainee at CARAID SE, a VW software company, first in finance and later supporting project teams as a Scrum Master. She is currently looking for a position in finance or project management where she can actively apply her experience.

Through this, he developed solid expertise in agile project work and works confidently with tools such as Notion, Miro, Jira, Slack, and GitHub. Technically skilled in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, Sezai is now looking for a role where he can contribute his interdisciplinary strengths and help develop innovative digital solutions.
