She is especially motivated by working directly with people and the opportunity to offer practical support in their daily lives. She later worked as a journalist and gained valuable experience at the Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center, situated at the crossroads of communication, diplomacy, and memory politics. She completed a master’s degree in political science while working at the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture. Now, her goal is to dedicate her skills to diplomacy, which is why she plans to pursue a master’s degree in International Relations in Germany.

Coming from a non-academic background, Ostap’s perspective and life vision have been profoundly shaped, leading him to advocate for future generations in international education policy. His ambitious goals include achieving his Abitur with a 1.3 grade, securing a scholarship from the German National Academic Foundation, serving as a UN delegate for Germany, becoming a Harvard student, publishing his book "First Gen to Harvard," and establishing an international foundation to help first-generation university students gain admission to top institutions like the Ivy League.

Sadaf Kar Gar is originally from Afghanistan and has been living in Berlin for over three years. She studied Business at the American University in Afghanistan and graduated in 2019. During her studies, she worked at SARCHINA Consultancy Services Organisation as an admin, HR, and finance officer. After graduating, she joined Save the Children International as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. Since 2023, Sadaf has been working as a trainee at CARAID SE, a VW software company, first in finance and later supporting project teams as a Scrum Master. She is currently looking for a position in finance or project management where she can actively apply her experience.

Servet is originally from Türkiye and has an academic background in education, which has equipped him with analytical thinking skills, a structured approach to work, and pedagogical skills. To enter the job market more quickly and support his professional integration, he decided to pursue further training in web and software development.
